Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

· Over 6+ years of experience in core Performance testing

· Experience in performance testing of SAP applications (SD, FICO, MM, APO) a must

· Good understanding of performance test principles, processes and implementations

· Expertise in Performance Test Strategy, Performance scripting, Test execution, Performance Test Analysis

· Very good experience in performance testing using tools such as Loadrunner, Neo load, Silk Performer using web, SAP GUI, Oracle NCA, Citix etc protocols.

· Good hands experience on various monitoring tools such as HP Site Scope, CA Wily Intro scope, Dynatrace, HP BAC etc

· Very Good Experience in Performance Analysis, Engineering & recommendation and provide Root Cause Analysis post a Performance / Load Test

· Good Experience in Capacity Planning / management using tools like Team Quest, CA Capacity Manager etc.

Soft Skills

· Good communication and customer facing skills

1. Position: Automation Test Lead

Location: McLean, VA

Duration: 3+ Months

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - Test Automation (L3)

· Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools.

· Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client.

· Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client.

Skill2 - Web Testing (L3)

· Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc.

· Concepts of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage

Skill3 - Application Testing (L3)

· Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

· Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.

· Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

·         Develop performance test strategy for environment and system integration validation, including ETL (using IBM Data stage) and BI tools

·         Design Performance test scenarios in Load Runner/ Performance Centre to execute load, Endurance and Stress Tests

·         Support performance test execution in development, test, and production environments for each build and release in the iterative development lifecycle

·         Experience in Performance Engineering, where the member provides Root Cause Analysis post Load Tests (monitoring Web logic server, Database server, etc)

·         Test results analysis and report preparation

3. Position: Consultant - PeopleSoft Financial Functional

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - PeopleSoft Adv Functional (L1)

·         Minimum of six years of functional experience in PeopleSoft Project Costing.

·         At least two implementations involving PeopleSoft FSCM (GL,KK,AP,PO,AR,BI,AM etc) and ESA (Project Costing, Grants, Customer contract) modules.

·         Prefer experience with Grants-EPM-Project Costing- GL-KK integration.

·         Prefer CPA background.

·         Prefer Government client experience.

Skills & Job Requirements:

Test lead with 7 – 9 years of exp.

· Very good understanding of QA/testing processes, planning and execution

· Expertise on Quality Center tool. Manual testing, scripting and reporting.

· Good understanding of Oracle Applications functionalities in the areas of finance, procurement and HRMS

· Good communication, team management skills

· Ability to effectively engage customer side QA organizations, includes leadership and Business analysis teams

· Experience in managing large scale testing cycles (SIT, UAT etc.) in a multi-vendor environment – managing offshore-onsite teams
