Position: Oracle Demantra Functional Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
1. Senior technical consultant with at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience of Demantra
2. Good Demantra Technical Skills and expertise in Demantra in Architecture(DB, webserver and application)
3. Got excellent experience on working Demantra engine, workflows, creation of worksheets
4. Experience on debugging performance issues related to running of Demantra engine, web logic, workflow performance, member management and item chaining issues by working closely with functional and data base administrators
5. Experience in working with demantra integration issues with Ebusiness suite modules such as ASCP, shipping, order booking etc.

Consulting
Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions. Negotiation, Presentation
Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization.
Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multi vendor/practice/party coordination.
Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer.
Account Mining to generate opportunities.

Oracle Adv Functional
Advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration.
Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities.
Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications.
Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation. Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise.
Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of processre engineering.
Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, Mfg, SCM,HCM and CRM).

Solution Architecture
1. Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.
2. Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.
3.Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.
4. Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options

Owning the performance testing for SAP Project
Liaising with various Varian Project teams with respect to performance testing project

Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.
