4 to 6 years of experience
● Experience
Required: Windows System Administration, IIS, W2k8 environment knowledge. Three
tier application functionality (Web, App, DB and the interaction between them)
● Must
know ITIL V3 concepts and should be able to implement.
● Ability
to work independently and solely responsible for Application availability.
● Should
be able to forecast and drive capacity management process.
● Should
have hands on Incident, Change and Configuration management processes.
● Experience
good to have: Working experience with VM Ware, Citrix, SQL/Oracle DB is an
added
Experience/Skills:
● Personality
requirements: Good written and oral communication skills are a must.
● Should
be hands-on, able to Troubleshoot, Technically able direct the L2 Support Team,
review Support guides, coordinate activity between various vendor support
teams.
● Should
fast to react in a high pressure situation, ability to handle challenging
customers, suggest improvements.
● Should
be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage requirements, present
to Business team and work with Development team.
● ONLY
H1 holders should apply, Onsite resources will get more preference.
