of all process flows Expert in 3-4 modules Know the setups and business
implications of the setups Design Solutions Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL, D2K,
Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher
Skill2 - Apps Functional
Appreciation Core (L2)
·
Working
experience of the core modules including basic setups under FIN and SCM- at
least 3 modules under FIN and SCM
Skill3 - Apps Functional
Appreciation Non-Core (L2)
·
Working
experience of the core modules including basic setups under HRMS and CRM - at
least 3 modules under HRMS and CRM
Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - Oracle Apps OAF, ADF
(L3)
·
Should
have good knowledge on Java, J2EE, PL-SQL, Oracle Applications, AOL, Advanced
PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, Performance Tuning, Oracle D2K, Oracle Applications 1-3
years experience in OAF with good Java background and supporting implementation
experience,D2K Forms and Reports.

Should
have good functional knowledge of the modules being implemented using OAF, reporting
requirements, standard forms.
·
Good
communication skills are must.
·
Able
to analyse, design and implement solutions using OAF, forms are reports requirements.
·
Should
have very good knowledge on the features and limitations of the technology and
ways to overcome it.
·
Able
to direct team members and programmers towards the common solution, visualize
the business scenarios and communicate the same with the programmers and
communicate with the customers for requirement elicitations.
