Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

Required:
·
Proficiency with MS SSRS report development
·
Proficiency with MS SSIS package creation
·
3-5 years of SQL Query development
·
3-5 years Oracle, MS SQL Database
Desired:
·
Data and report modeling experience with strong
history developing service level reports based on performance and availability
metrics
·
Creation of KPI & graphical reports or dashboards
·
VB.NET (FW4) programming skills
·
Business Intelligence planning and development
experience a plus
·
Knowledge of WLAN and Telephony systems
·
BA/BS degree in a Computer Science/Engineering or
related field
Strongly
Desired (but not required):
·
Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition
(OBIEE) report development & support experience
·
Experience writing custom reports for call centers
from call center and CRM data
The
selected candidate for this position will be required to analyze data and
partner with team members to develop and maintain ETL packages to load Oracle
data warehouse, develop reports, ensure report accuracy and data integrity.
·
Additional characteristics and expectations for the
candidate for this position include but are not limited to the following:
·
Ability to create and modify ETL packages utilizing
SSIS with inclusion of Event Handlers/Error Handling
·
Identify and resolve issues related to reporting
deliverables
·
Provide support of existing SSIS ETL packages
·
Creating SSRS reports to correspond with customer
expected outputs.
·
Capable of interpreting ambiguous requirements and
translating them into meaningful, value-added reports.
·
Producing reports from various different applications/data
sources
·
Extracting data from various different
applications/data sources
·
Experience in creating visually appealing reports for
executive leadership and external clients
·
Identifying key performance indicators and metrics
·
Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and
problem solving skills
·
Demonstrated ability to work independently with
minimal supervision
·
Demonstrated ability to learn new software
packages/technologies
·
Effective time management skills and ability to
multi-task in a fast paced environment
·
Excellent planning, organizing, & time utilization
skills
