Job Description:

Business Analysis (L3)

Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions.

Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support.

Coordinate new customer development and enhancements.

Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes.

Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements

Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer.

Adjust priorities according to changes in requirements and workload.

Assist Overall Program's project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshore delivery.

Provides Training and Operational support to business unit.

Provide training to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed.

Assist and advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources.

May be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function

Job Description:

J2EE (L4)

·         Should be able to architect a solution in this technology area fora given problem statement. In depth knowledge of multi tire architecture.

·         Should be able to design and architect solution around J2EE, should be well versed with stacking and layering of architecture modelling,

·         should be conver sent with decision making in terms of technology comparison with J2EEtechnologies

·         Should be able to understand customer business requirements and propose optimal solutions around J2EE technologies focusing on simplifications, virtualization, aggregation and automation.

J2EE Architecting (L1)-

·         Should be able to appreciate complex business scenarios in respective domain like telecom or enterprise or financial solutions and come out with robust, scalable technology architecture solutions and technically guide the implementation team throughout the SDLC

·         Should understand various architecture models and application stacking / layering to provide business with suitable technology alternatives with in Java / J2EE technologies.

·         (3)Should be able to provide cost effective, open standard, highly secured multi-platform, multi-data source, multi-channel solutions considering Virtualization, aggregation, automation and simplification principles

·         (4)Should be able to recommend customer with various design and technology alternatives within Java world like comparison and trade off across varios presentation framework models and persistence framework models

·         ( 5) Should be able to design and architect application for high data volume, large user base, complex transaction business scenarios, high usability and multi-channel data format like SWIFT, hand held devices, Web channels etc

·         (6) Should be very comfortable in architecting and designing application with high performance, RIA and usability design.

·         (7) Should be the Look forward to person in the project for all technical related Issues in the project

·         (8) Should be able to implement technical best practices in design and coding

·         (9) Should be anevangelist in component reuse across applications and promote design patterns within the project

·         (9) Support customer accounts / project delivery through technology audits to ensure right quality.

·         (10) Should be able to conceptualize data model. Should have expertise in tools for creating conceptual / logical data model

·         (11) Should have good expertise in various J2EE design patterns

·         (12)Must be able to create detailed design using tools like Rational Rose or equivalent ensuring good amount of Tool Generated Code

Architecture Frameworks (L1)-Pre-requiste

·         Should have good knowledge across different architecture frameworks. 

·         Should be able to come up with class diagrams. 

·         Exposure to various design patterns.

·         Experience Range :  2-5
