Skill1 - Application Integration (L2)

·         Knowledge of SOA Architecture.

·         Expert in App integration design and integration best practices

·         Ability to consult and recommend integration options.

Skill2 - SFDC Design (L3)

·         Expert in High level and low level design for project of all complexity.

·         Knowledge of best practices, naming conventions and configuration standards.

·         Ability to manage a design team of 3-5 people, design reviews.

·         Ability to collaborate with SFDC professional services for review and compliance.
