·
Minimum 1 year of experience as an agile coach
·
Scrum Master/Agile Coach certification
·
Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and usage of
agile tools for Project Management
·
Do process consulting for customer LOBs
·
Set up the Process model, Governance Structure on
agile
·
Coach the team and customer in Agile
·
Create Agile metrics for tracking
·
Give road map for configuration management, continuous
improvement for agile development
·
Create the product backlog and facilitate release
planning, scrum meetings and retrospectives
·
Good communication and customer interfacing skills
·
Candidate should have long term visa
