Process
consultant will be the face of the QA and hence he/she should be very good in
presenting whatever we deliver or yet to deliver.
·
Prepare
the presentations, slide decks, documents with all the processes defined, which
would be presented to the Caremark management
·
Plan
and work on the initiatives and build arti facts as specified in the
deliverables of each phase
·
The
Process Consultant should share the practice level process documents with the
Client SPOC’s, conduct process definition workshops with the Client SPOC’s
& design processes and validate procedures, which would ensure delivery as
per SLA requirements.
·
Process
consultant would initiate documenting the processes and procedures in the
standard templates for all the processes deliverables.
·
Applicability
Matrix, Reports & Templates, Checklists etc.
·
A
