·         Highly experienced CISCO voice architect, engineer.

·         Experience in clustered environment, server side scripting

·         CCX (call center express)

·         DISA

·         CME routing

·         Unity integration

·         Non-cisco device integration and trunking.

·         Gatekeeper and GW configurations
