Job
Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
The role
primarily consists of developing, deploying, and maintaining SOA policies in
the WSO2 Governance Registry tool. These policies will be used as design-
and run-time control mechanisms to govern technology services. The intent
is to create points of control and agility for the business and IT that will
make the organization’s SOA architecture more agile and consumable, while
improving time to value for business users with reduced costs for their
projects.
The
individual should be able to perform the following:
·
Identify relevant policies
starting from business goals.
·
Define new roles and
responsibilities related to the planning, definition, enablement, and
measurement of the governance aspects.
·
Document the manual steps
that are needed to enforce those governance aspects that cannot be automated.
·
Associate policies to
relevant metrics in order to measure the effectiveness of the related
governance aspect and its improvement.
·
Associate policies with
specific activities and artifacts and their coordination with the manual steps.
Basic
Qualifications:
·
5 to 7 years of experience
in one or more of the following:
·
Technical architecture and
programming (Java & Java Script preferred)
·
Experience with SOA / Web
Services lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
·
Experience with web API
lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
·
Experience with web API
Management approach, tools and concepts
·
Experience with web API or
SOA / Web Service Strategy & Governance
Inter-Personal
Skills Requirements:

Strong communication
(written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·
Self-starter, with a keen
interest in technology and highly motivated towards success
·
Must show initiative and

– IBM Lombardi Team works Architect
This position calls for in depth experience of
implementing Lombardi BPM as part of a service-oriented architecture for
managing dynamic business process within the Bank’s Cards business.
Candidate must be proficient implementing complete
BPM implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool
installation, development, testing, and deployment. Needs a solid background
with integration, including integrating Lombardi with back end systems/DB's

Experience –

Over 8-12 years overall IT
experience

experience to perform all cycles of the development (analysis, design, coding
and unit testing) projects.
Responsibility
–

Own and deliver projects
leveraging offshore project team
·
Interact and work closely
with offshore project team

Understand Business
functionality and create induction docs
·
Architect and design the
entire Lombardi platform including developing coaches, interface between the
Lombardi and legacy system using SOAP and EJB services
·
Proficient with Lombardi integration
using MQ
·
Development with Workflow
and Rule Engine base BPM tools
·
Design, development and
implement complex web-based applications in a J2EE
·
Experienced with SOA
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and
analytical problem solving skills are needed
·
Experience/understanding of
Web Portal, RUP/Agile methodology are helpful
·
Experience implementing
enterprise security models, using third party SSO layer
