Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• 5 to 8 years IT experience. At least 3-4 years plus on Datapower (Very good Hands-on exp)
• Experience in design, development and support of DataPower solutions including MPGWs, WSPs and XML Firewalls
• Strong working knowledge of message transformation using XSLT and any-to-any(binary)
• Knowledge in handling cryptography functions in DataPower such as SSL, AAA and encryption/decryption
• Strong knowledge in XML, SOAP, XSLT, XSD and WSDL/Web Services
• Experience in working on WebSphere MQ with DataPower and good understanding of the protocol headers
• Should be self-starter and team player in solving issues and mentoring other team players.

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
ADF Skills:
• Knowledge of ADF MVC design and layers
• Model Layer: Application Modules, View Objects, Entity Objects, View links etc. He should have an understanding of optimizing ADF BC configurations and different object and implementation classes. Exposing ADF modules as web services
• View Layer: Usage of ADF UI beans and ADF DVT components along with ADF behavior tags. Knowledge of ADF client side libraries is a plus.
• Controller Layer: Knowledge of ADF Controller, bounded and unbounded Task Flows
• Good Knowledge of ADF templates and skins.
Web center Skills:
• Knowledge of Web center services and task flows
• Knowledge of customizing UI of task flow regions and MDS repository
• Basic knowledge of Web center security configurations and service configurations

This position calls for in depth experience of implementing Lombardi BPM as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process within the Bank’s Cards business.
Candidate must be proficient implementing complete BPM implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment. Needs a solid background with integration, including integrating Lombardi with back end systems/DB's

• Proficient with Lombardi integration using MQ
• Development with Workflow and Rule Engine base BPM tools
• Design, development and implement complex web-based applications in a J2EE
• Experienced with SOA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical problem solving skills are needed
• Experience/understanding of Web Portal, RUP/Agile methodology are helpful
• Experience implementing enterprise security models, using third party SSO layer
