Architecture and Design Methods (L2)
·
Working Knowledge of architecture patterns and
anti-patterns
·
2.Appreciation of at least one industry architecture
development frameworks among TOGAF, IEEE 1471, 4+1, TOGAF
·
Working knowledge tools and frameworks used in
architecture development like DSM, ATAM, Pugh matrix
·
Strong knowledge of UML
·
Strong knowledge of non-functional attributes and
techniques to achieve the same
·
Basic appreciation of Domain specific architecture
frameworks and related Standards like (ACORD, IAA, eTOM etc.,)
EBusiness Technologies (L2)
·
Strong experience at a minimum with one of the
following e-Biz technology areas - Portals and Content Management - Enterprise
Application Integration -Business Process Management - Rule Engines - Service
Oriented Architecture
·
2.Appreciation and knowledge of technologies and use
cases in at least two of the above mentioned areas
Branding and Thought Leadership (L2)
·
Interact with Partners, Vendors, External Forums for
branding and thought leadership in the area of specialization.
·
Publish white papers, conduct Knowledge sharing
sessions at WT level, advisory sessions to customers Innovative solutions,
Defining clear roadmap and strategies, Completive analysis and product
marketing positioning
Enterprise Architecture Consulting (L2)
·
Has ability to execute an end-to-end consulting
project along with a team of consultants.
·
Can conceptualize solution architecture using standard
tools and techniques such as GPR as well as using creative and critical
thinking.
·
Can work effectively with cross department resources
and vendor / contractor resources.
·
Demonstrates good client handling and consulting
skills and influence good CSAT scores.
·
Mentors consultants and groom them in specific domain
and delivery skills such as GPR, E6, client management and project management
skills.
·
Able to anchor capability building / change management
exercises for clients.
·
Creates reusable artifacts where feasible and create all
project management documents as demanded by the client as well as Client's
Consulting Methodology / Project management Methodology.
·
Begins building specialist skill in at least one
domain by working on multiple projects in the same domain.
·
Assists in development of responses to Proposals and
assist GTMin client meetings.
Java - Architecting (L2)
·
Should be able to appreciate complex business
scenarios for a particular line of business involving more than one projects in
respective domain like telecom or enterprise or financial solutions and come
out with robust, scalable technology architecture solutions and technically
guide the implementation team throughout the SDLC
·
Should have big picture in business & technology and
propose technology solution that is cost effective, align with organization strategy
and remove redundancy and duplication.
·
Work closely with customer technology organization,
conduct technology portfolio assessment and provide technology road map
·
Should be able to propose architecture involving heterogeneous
technology platforms - open standard like Java or Microsoft or legacy platforms
like mainframes etc.
·
Should be comfortable in providing physical and
logical architecture sizing and recommend right hardware servers, software's,
products and third party tools
·
Look at application consolidation across the line of
business to provide business with suitable technology alternatives involving
Java / J2EE technologies and other technology as interfaces.
·
Should be able to provide cost effective, open
standard, highly secured multi-platform, multi-data source, multi-channel
solutions considering Virtualization, agregatation, automation and
simplification principles across for customer line of business.
