In depth knowledge of Great
Plains (functionalities, architecture, customizing, reporting tools) is what required.
Job
purpose
·
Support the financial and
legal applications like Great Plains, CEA (Capital Expenditure Approval),
Docassist (Document Management system for AP), Interwoven (Contract Management
system) and backup for Easy Source and Concur.
Key responsibilities
·
The primary responsibility
of this role is to maintain the Great Plains and CEA applications by providing
functional support to the key-users, implementing evolutions requested by
Finance and by resolving user helpdesk tickets.
·
This role also requires
level 1 support for the people located in the US and using Interwoven or
Docassist.
Skills
Needed
·
Must be fluent in English
·
Customer service oriented
·
In depth knowledge of Great
plains (functionalities, architecture, customizing, reporting tools)
·
MS Office
·
SQL Database
·
Project Management and
Business Analyst experience
