Position: SAP Tester with Performance Testing Experience must

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Duration: 3+ Months

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

·         Minimum of 5 year experience in performance test, SAP Testing.

·         Expertise in Loadrunner self-driven and motivator to get the task done.

·         MUST have SAP experience on collecting and understanding performance data

·         Must be able to collect requirements and be able to produce detailed test plan, test scenarios, and test cases.

·         Must have good understanding of relationship between general system capacity and system resource utilization

Performance Test Engineering

·         Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration

·         Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling

·         Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc.

·         Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the DataLoader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.

Application Testing

·         Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

·         Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.

·         Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

Essential Skill(s)

LoadRunner

·         Experience in LoadRunner VuGen, Controller and Analysis module.

·         Demonstrate experience in analysis of results, identification of bottlenecks and recommendation of solutions

SAP

·         Basic knowledge in BI, ABAP should have understanding of the concepts of BI requirements.

·         Should have management perspective on the reports

·         Tool-specific:

·         Should have knowledge in Configuration and programming in the SAP/BI environment, including testing and implementation.

·         Should have good experience in front-end tools in at least version 3.5

·         Understands requirements from functional specifications and able to implement the solution based on technical specification.

·         Good knowledge about quality process and have used in projects.

·         Must have knowledge of basic ABAP programming language and able to do developments in basic ABAP areas like Reports, BDCs, SAP-Scripts/ smart forms ,module pool programming and is aware about the enhancement techniques to be used in ABAP.

Position: SAP Performance Tester

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

·         The position is for Load Runner and SAP performance analyst.

·         The SAP Performance Analyst will execute all phases of the Performance Lifecycle in order to support business initiatives.

·         They will work with diverse teams including Functional, ABAP, and BASIS Teams to ensure the performance health of the production environments are safeguarded.

·         A diverse skill set is required in order to support all phases of the performance lifecycle.

·         Key knowledge areas include planning, functional understanding, Systems understanding, SAP performance understanding and Oracle performance understanding.

Performance Test Engineering

·         Knowledge of various types of data (customization, workbench etc.) in SAP system.

·         Should be able to provide level 1 support to the users of SAP in terms of understanding the requirement and determining area of basis administration it pertains to.

·         Ability to perform basic monitoring of system by checking system logs.

·         Good understanding and knowledge of transport management system and ability to transport change requests.

·         Conversant with service marketplace able to browse through SAP notes for the given problem and download required patches.

·         Should be able to start/stop system with SAP MMC or by running commands on Unix.

·         Should have at least 0 - 2 year of SAP experience in basis administration.

·         Experience in database and OS administration would be added advantage.

Package validation (L2):

·         V&  V experience in Life Science Domain (FDA).

Testing Concepts (L3):

·         Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

·         And create a solution road map addressing the current and the future needs of the business.

·         Conduct solution architecting workshops with the business managers.

·         Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP. 

·         Should have at least 4 - 6 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 3 - 5 years of domain experience. 

·         Able to lead a team and train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects.

·         Knowledge of the recognized quality tools and Participate in Quality meetings 

·         Must have a good knowledge of the MM sub modules and be able to design and configure processes in ? Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, Material Requirement Planning, Invoice verification processes.

·         Should also know how MM process integrates with QM, Finance, SD and PP modules. 

·         Must have expertise in SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) and WM(Warehouse Management) which closely integrate with MM processes.

·         Should be able to configure and build solutions in these modules.

SAP SD (L3):
