Position: SCOM Administrator – L3

Location – Redmond, WA

Duration – 6 Months+

Job Description/Skills Required:

·         SCOM with Tier3 experience

·         Deploying, and configuring Ops Mgr in different environments

·         Microsoft Monitoring tools experience (MOM, SCOM)

·         Experience configuring, deploying and sustaining windows management systems to include Windows client, server, and SCOM in order to monitor and manage information technology assets

·         Preparing and publishing reports on real-time information on system and service performance

·         Updating alerts (rules, scripts, and triggers) and support the current SCOM infrastructure

·         Report Creation

·         Microsoft SQL Reporting Services

·         Microsoft SCOM Task Creation

·         Fluency in oral and written English is essential

·         Strong customer focus, communication skills, and excellent technical and interpersonal skills

·         Creative thinker & ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities
