Skills & Job Requirements

Responsibilities include

·         Scan/ATPG: Setting up tool flow (Tetra max, Fast Scan etc) for a given design, vector generation, review and debug vectors, feedback to design team on coverage, design debug etc.

·         BIST: same as above, but with BIST tools on memories and identified logic blocks.
