Position: PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Analyst

Location – Melbourne, FL

Skills & Job Requirements

PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Analyst
·         Understanding how to run BenAdmin
·         Base Benefits- How to read the pages, i.e. elect field and deduction date(effdate on base tables)
·         Vendor eligibility files- flat and 834 v 5010- Standard reading of files and values. Customer exports all vendor data to SAS and runs files from there. The SAS program is not pulling all the needed fields and thus customer wrote a ton of custom logic to do what PS delivers.
·         Day 1 subtraction for coverage ends at the vendor
·         How to handle Domestic Partners
·         How to update and the maintain the HRMS system tables (ebenefits text/flat/age graded tables/elig rules'geo tables etc). In 9.1 how to utilize the new tables for dependent certification, the event rules new fields.
·         How to validate eBenefits self service events text and such
·         Queries- Running with expressions and logic similar to a SQL statement.
·         Ability to write SQL statements and build enhanced queries
