Skills & Job Requirements
Web Test Lead
· 5+ years of testing experience especially on Web based applications testing.
· Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware
· Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
· Experience in Executing test cases, defect analysis and participating in meetings with clients
· Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
· Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must.
· Should be able to drive the estimation activities for the project
· Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.
· Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool Hands-on working experience on SQL queries and RDBMS concepts will be added advantage
· Has to be good at customer interaction
· Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model
· Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
