· Oracle Apps technical with around 10+ Yrs of experience.

· Should have good understanding of Financials & Projects (preferred)
· Should have specifically Upgrade experience from 11i to R12 as a technical Lead
· Should have experience on all RICE components development.
· Should have strong communication skills and client facing capabilities.
· Should be able to work and manage an offshore technical team.
