·         Team leading in on-site/ off-shore model Non functional requirements capture & gap analysis Various Performance Engineering tools for carrying out Performance testing, analysis and recommendations for improvements Infrastructure

·         Capacity Planning and Management Performance Modeling using various industry standard tools Performance Tuning, Design for Performance, Capacity Planning, Performance Testing, and Code Profiling Mentoring team members to mature from Performance Testing to Performance Engineering skills
