1. Position: Data Centric Tester with ETL Exp
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6 Months
No. Positions: 1

Skills & Job Requirements:


Skill1 - Data Centric testing (L4)
•    Should be able to review complex SQLs
•    Should be able to identify performance bottlenecks in SQLs
•    Should be able to write PL/SQL programs
•    Ability to identify and propose areas of automation
•    Ability to perform effort estimation for Data centric testing

Skill2 - Application Testing (L3)
•    Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
•    Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.
•    Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - Data Stage (L3)
•    ETL Pre-requiste should have expertise in understanding the ETL concepts.
•    Should have moderate knowledge of at least one database tool
•    Should be up-to-date on the upgrade options, enhancements, add-ons and features in the ETL tool with a view to improving the productivity.
•    Should have understanding of the range of options and best practices for common ETL design techniques such as change data capture, key generation and optimization Tool-specific:
•    Should have worked more than 3+ years on IBM WebSphere Data Stage.
•    Should have knowledge in designing the mapping and end-to-end data flow in a mapping.
•    Experience Range : 5+


2. Position: Solution Test Architect
Location: Dublin, OH
Duration: 6 Months
No. Positions: 1

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - Test Architecting (L1)
•    Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
•    Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
•    Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
•    Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
•    Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
•    Works on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts & principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation.
•    Works as a guide and sets directions for medium sized projects of reasonable complexity. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed by project teams.
•    Role is capable offinding out new methods and processes to approach complex situations in the respective area(s) of expertise.
•    Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries.
•    May be called upon to advise Sr. Management on specialized technical issues.
•    Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.

Skill2 - System Testing (L4)
•    Devising Test strategy and preparing test plans.
•    Work with dynamically changing user interface specifications.
•    Architecting Automation framework. Devising mechanisms to make automation scripts resilient to change.
•    (easily configurable) Estimate test effort and automation effort.
•    Capture and analyze test metrics.

Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - Performance Test Engineering (L4)
•    Experience in analysing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modelling Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like Open STA, Web Load, JMeter, WAS etc.
•    Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.


3. Position: SFDC Designer
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months+
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
No. Positions: 1

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - CRM DOMAIN (L3)
•    Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement
•    Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package
•    Should be able tomentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development
•    Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators is-a-vis competition

Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - SFDC Design (L2)
•    Expert in High level design for low and medium size projects and low level design for projects of all complex city


4. Position: Consultant - Oracle Technical
Location: Anchorage, AK
Duration: 6 Months+
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
No. Positions: 1

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - Fusion Tech (L1)
Theoretical Knowledge combined with some working experience
Should be able to work comfortably on Jdeveloper
Should have working knowledge of BPEL PM Knowledge of Database, FTP and File adapters Trained on core Java and J2EEconcepts and understands MVC A

Skill2 - Oracle - Core Apps (L4)
Understanding of all process flows
Expert in 3-4 modules Know the setups and business implications of the setups
Design Solutions Experienced in SQL,PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher

Skill3 - Oracle Apps Solution Design (L1)
Should be able to interact with the customer teams and document the requirements, propose high level conceptual design 

Skill2 - Advanced Apps DBA (L2)
Ability to install, configure Real Application Cluster, Load Balancing, Sharedtech_stack, Platform migration, performance tuning with supervision


5. Position: Oracle on Demand Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6 Months
No. Positions: 1
