1. Position: Performance Tester
Location: Los Vegas, NV
Duration: 6 Months+

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - Performance Test Engineering (L3)
•    Experience in using Diagnostics tool to identify bottlenecks at various tiersof Application
•    Proficient in any two Application Servers (for Java or .NET) andone Database Server on Performance nuances
•    Proficient in Authoring PerformanceTest Reports

Skill2 - Application Testing (L3)
•    Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
•    Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.
•    Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.

Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - LoadRunner (L3)
•    Experience in LoadRunner Diagnostics Tool to identify bottlenecks at variousapplication layers (includes Deep Diagnostic Tools, SiteScope or Interscope)


2. Position: Silk Performance Tester
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6 Months+
No. Positions: 2

Skills & Job Requirements:

•    3 - 5 years experience in the performance engineering field
•    Good working knowledge about back end server analysis, metrics data collection and identification of performance bottlenecks with monitoring utilities / free-wares etc.
•    Must be well versed in using load testing tool (for ex. load runner 9.5 or greater) for advanced test script development beyond the built-in record and playback capabilities.
•    Must have the experience with Silk performance
•    Must have the experience with SAP performance testing



3. Position: Silk Performance Test Lead
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6 Months+
No. Positions: 2

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - Performance Test Engineering (L3)
Experience in using Diagnostics tool to identify bottlenecks at various tiers of Application
Proficient in any two Application Servers (for Java or .NET) and one Database Server on Performance nuances
Proficient in Authoring Performance Test Reports
