Position: Oracle HRMS TEST LEAD

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 Months

Skills & Job Requirements:

·         Very good understanding of QA/testing processes, planning and execution

·         Expertise on Quality Center tool. Manual testing, scripting and reporting.

·         Good understanding of Oracle Applications functionalities in the areas of finance, procurement and HRMS

·         Good communication, team management skills

·         Ability to effectively engage customer side QA organizations, includes leadership and Business analysis teams

·         Experience in managing large scale testing cycles (SIT, UAT etc) in a multi-vendor environment – managing offshore-onsite teams
