Skills
& Job Requirements:
Skill1 - Test Automation (L3)
·
Should
be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation
tools.
·
Should
be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client.
·
Should
be capable to create the required automation framework to the client.
Skill2 - Web Testing (L3)
·
Should
have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc.
·
Concepts
of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage
Skill3 - Application Testing (L3)
·
Should
be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration,
System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these
tests with the help of ready-test cases.
·
Should
understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.
·
Should
be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA
tool.
Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - SOA Testing (L3)
·
Ability
to understand the various SOA Testing types relate to Functional or
Non-Functional actvities or both.
·
Should
be able to prepare the 'Individual test strategy for the related 'Functional or
Non-Functional SOA testing activities'.
·
Able
to prepare 'High level test scenarios'.
·
Analyzes
test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
·
Consults
with development engineers in resolution of problems.
·
Works
on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts
& principles.
·
Works
as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent
planning & execution responsibilities.
·
Minimum
2 year experience in SOA & web services project.
