Skills & Job Requirements:

·         The DBA DB2 is responsible for

·         Performance tuning of the DB2 Database

·         Overall responsibility for the Database Migration (Mainframe DB2 to Windows DB2)

·         Provide road map for Migration Planning and Implementation

·         Testing of Database Migration activities

·         Configuration of Database Server (Windows Server)

·         Clustering of DB2

·         Planning and Installation Of   (High Availability Disaster Recovery)

·         Good understanding of SAN.

·         Installation of DB2 Connect and OTG.

·         Connecting Database to the Power Builder UI

·         Weekly progress reports updates to key stakeholders, Client Management.

Skills & Job Requirements:

SQL/Database Test Engineer

·         3+ years of testing experience especially on Web based applications testing.

·         Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware - Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases

·         Experience in Executing test cases, defect analysis and participating in meetings with clients

·         Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills

·         Prior experience of handling a team of 3+ is a must.

·         Able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.

·         Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool Hands-on working experience on Terradata tool, SQL queries and RDBMS concepts will be added advantage

·         Hands on experience on ETL concepts.

·         Has to be good at customer interaction

·         Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model

·         Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
