1. Position: Performance Testing Architect
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months (6 to 9 Months)
Experience: 8-10 YEARS

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Performance Test Engineering (Mandatory)
• As an Architect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order-value projects. 
• You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. 
• You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). 
• You should provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
• Minimum work experience: 8 - 10 Years

Performance Test Engineering
• Experience in authoring the library files for Performance Testing and improve reusability 
• Experience in setting up the Performance Test Environment 
• Good Experience in doing Test Estimation
• Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration 
• Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling 
• Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like Open STA, Web Load, JMeter, WAS etc.
• Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.  


2. Position: Selenium Tester
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 9 Months)
Experience: 5-8 YEARS

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Minimum 6+ years of technical experience in software quality assurance including SDET or Equivalent
• Good Selenium web Driver Automation experience using spring / Geb/ Test NG / Mocha frameworks
• Good experience in designing Automation frame works and functional, regression test suites
• Good experience in Java based application testing using JUnit and ability to write complex JUnit & Java script tests 
• Outstanding problem-solving, plus excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must



3. Position: Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant 
Location: Redwood City, CA
Duration: 6+ Months (6 to 12 Months)
Experience: 5-8 YEARS

Location: North Quincy, MA
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)
Experience: 5-8 YEARS

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Test Automation (Mandatory)
• Easy Automate QTPAs a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing) 
• You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. 
• You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
• Minimum work experience: 5 - 8 Years

Test Automation
• Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools.
• Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client.
• Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client.
• Should be able to differentiate the various test automation frameworks in the market and their applicability to the AUT.
• Should understand the service offerings from Automation practice and leverage on the same, if required.
• Should have awareness on the various testing tools related certifications available in the market to improve the competency.
• Should be able to work on QTP and understands the overview on QTP as test automation tool - features, performance and usage.  

Web Testing
• Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. 
• Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage

Application Testing
• Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
• Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and Orthogonal Array Tool.
• Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.
