1. Position: SAP Performance Tester
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)
Experience: 5-8 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• The SAP Performance Analyst will execute all phases of the Performance Lifecycle in order to support business initiatives.
• They will work with diverse teams including Functional, ABAP, and BASIS Teams to ensure the performance health of the production environments are safeguarded.
• A diverse skill set is required in order to support all phases of the performance lifecycle.
• Key knowledge areas include planning, functional understanding, Systems understanding, SAP performance understanding and Oracle performance understanding.

LoadRunner
• Experience in LoadRunner VuGen, Controller and Analysis module.
• Demonstrate experience in analysis of results, identification of bottlenecks and recommendation of solutions

Performance Test Engineering
• Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration
• Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling
• Hands-on knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc.
• Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.
• Proficient in drafting Test Strategy, Test Plan and Implementation Proficient in Work-Load Modelling
• Experience in any Load Testing Tool (LR, Silk, RPT) for Scripting, Testing and Reporting

2. Position: SAP Tester
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)
Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Should have 6 - 8 years of experience in SAP Testing and should have at least 2 - 3 implementation experience.
• Should have expertise in SAP Testing and all the interfaces.
• Should have good experience in writing test scenarios and test cases and testing.
• Should have good communication and client interaction skills

Package validation
• Has done V& V for Siebel platform for Life Science Implementations

System Testing
• Given a tool /automation platform, able to identify what can be automated.
• Select appropriate methodology for validation of the test step.

• Understand the BRDs, functional, approach and model documents.
• Preparation of Test Estimation, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Requirement traceability Matrix.
• Raise the Defects and Risk, identification of regression test cases.
• Work closely with client.
• Experience in understanding of business requirements and experience in interaction with clients is required.
• Should have very good communication skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC and process quality.

Quality Center
• Able to use Quality Center at an user level.
• Understanding of all the navigations and features in QC.
• Ability to use QC as a Test management tool.
• SAP Testing

Refinery Quality Process
• 2-4 years of experience and knowledge in quality process and testing in refinery.
• He should have knowledge in Statistical quality control and understanding of various lab equipment’s.
• He should have knowledge of analyzers and chromatographs in particular.

Application Testing
• Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
• Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.
• Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.


5. Position: ETL Test Lead
Location: Greenville, SC
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)
Experience: 5-8 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Prior experience of working as a Test Lead and engaging successfully with upstream and downstream stake-holders of a program
• Data Centric testing experience in the Banking domain
• Prior experience in Requirements elicitation, test case design, test execution and test management of defects through to resolution
• Experience in use of ETL tools like Informatica and TOAD
• Experience in Data Warehousing Projects and Data Migration projects
• Hands-on use of Quality Center for Test Management
• Knowledge and experience in use of tools to improve product quality and productivity

Data Centric testing
• Should be able to write sql statements involving joins and grouping
• Should have good knowledge of Database concepts
• Should able to understand the Mapping Document
• Should be able to prepare test cases based on mapping document
• Should have able to write SQL statements involving complex joins and grouping
• Should be able to understand the data model
• Should be able to create test plan based on Mapping document
• Ability to test at least one ETL (like Informatica or Data Stage) or BI tool (like BO or Crystal Reports)

Data Warehousing
• Should have competency in Data warehouse Concepts and ETL concepts.
• Should have the idea of Data warehouse architecture and different stages of data warehouse.
• Able to write basic SQL statements.
• Should have idea of Source Database, ETL, Staging Database, Data warehouse, Operational Data source and Data mart concepts.
• Should have worked on at least one database test project.

ETL
• Should have basic understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, pro experience.
• Should have basic knowledge in at least one leading ETL Tools (Infleading ETL tools)
• Should have working knowledge of RDBMS and SQL skills.
• Should be aware of the OLTP and OLAP concepts.

6. Position: AbInitio Tester
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Should have 3 - 5 years of experience working on UNIX & AbInitio
• Should have 3 - 5 years of experience on MS SQL Server.
• Should have a good understanding of Teradata.
• Should have exposure to QC& Software Testing life cycle
• Should have good verbal & written communication skills.
• Should have worked in agile delivery environment.
• Should be a self-starter & should be proactive in gathering information.
• Should work on proactively getting feedback from customers & identify improvement areas.

Data Centric testing

7. Position: Selenium Tester
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Should have experience using QTP, Selenium or similar automation tools
• Should have experience in writing queries/macros/scripts using tools like SQL, VB, QTP, Selenium and XML
• Should have experience in various database technologies (DB2, Teradata, Oracle 10g/11g, SQL server)
• Should have experience with Agile projects
• Should have experience with data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques
• Should have experience with Windows based, UNIX/Linux based, and Mainframe systems

QTP
• Demonstrates knowledge of automation, recording script and playback.
• Able to capture feature of the QTP to record the multiple user actions.

• Should playback the scripts and observe the results in the log of the test management tool.

VB Scripting

Test Automation
• Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools.
• Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client.
• Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client.

Web Testing
• Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc.
• Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage
Application Testing
• Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

8. Position: Associate Consultant PeopleSoft FIN FC
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 9 Months)
Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• The candidate is expected to co-ordinate between customer and offshore team.
• Handle urgent/critical fixes.
• Co-ordinate between other teams within Costumer to get the work done.
• Create task orders, schedule weekly status review meetings with customers, provide weekly/monthly metrics on project deliverables and efforts.
• Follow all Client quality norms.

9. Position: Oracle Fusion Apps DBA
Location: Allentown, PA

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
• Good understanding of the Oracle database, related utilities and tools, understanding of the underlying operating system, knowledge of the physical database design,
• Ability to perform both Oracle and operating system performance tuning and monitoring.
• Knowledge of all Oracle backup and recovery scenarios.
• Good knowledge of Oracle security management.

• Restart the failed backup if necessary and start the manual backup.

PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Analyst
·         Understanding how to run BenAdmin
·         Base Benefits- How to read the pages, i.e. elect field and deduction date(effdate on base tables)
·         Vendor eligibility files- flat and 834 v 5010- Standard reading of files and values. Customer exports all vendor data to SAS and runs files from there. The SAS program is not pulling all the needed fields and thus customer wrote a ton of custom logic to do what PS delivers.
·         Day 1 subtraction for coverage ends at the vendor
·         How to handle Domestic Partners
·         How to update and the maintain the HRMS system tables (ebenefits text/flat/age graded tables/elig rules'geo tables etc). In 9.1 how to utilize the new tables for dependent certification, the event rules new fields.
·         How to validate eBenefits self service events text and such
·         Queries- Running with expressions and logic similar to a SQL statement.
·         Ability to write SQL statements and build enhanced queries
