Job Description/Skills Required:
Ø 5-8 years of experience
Ø Should have strong exposure on Wintel Technologies like Windows OS, Active Directory, Cluster, Exchange, Hyper-V, VMware & Citrix etc.
Ø Candidate is not suppose to work hands-on on daily tasks but is expected to work with Vendor for Identifying & suggesting solution for Gap/improvement.
Ø Should have knowledge on emerging Wintel technologies and features
Ø Should have good understanding on infrastructure concepts
Ø Should be good in ITIL process incident / problem management .Good to be ITIL Foundation Certified
Ø Strong in RCA, troubleshooting, performance tuning skills
Ø Analyzing process improvement as per business requirements
Ø Should possess good presentation and communication skills
Ø Should have the ability to influence customer to take right decisions
Ø Should have the capacity to work independently
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Health care domain knowledge will have added advantage
