Job Description

Tech Lead/Project Lead required for Long term onsite (Glen Mills, PA, USA)

Ø  Tech Lead/Project Lead with 5-8 years experience

Ø  Experience in .NET 3.5 & above (Visual Studio 2008/10) and Silverlight 3.0 & above with LINQ to Objects/LIINQ to XML, T-SQL (MS SQL Server 2005/2008)

Ø  Experience in WCF, Web Services, Expression Blend 3+, Team Foundation Server, SSIS, SSRS, and strong debugging skills is added advantage

Ø  Experience in High Level and Low Level design of Web applications using .NET

Ø  Ability to interact with customer to understand requirements and document them

Ø  Preparation of SMTD documents, functional specs, coding, unit testing

Ø  Good articulation and communication skills

Ø  Ability to work independently and manage a team of 4-5 offshore resources
