Duration – 6 Months+

Job Description/Skills Required:

Profile:

Ø  The candidate must have at least 8-10 years of directly related, demonstrable experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) Process & Improvement program & project development, documentation, and deployment.

Skills:

Ø  Consulting at all levels within a customer’s organization

Ø  ITSM Program & Project Management experience Key skills required: (in the order of priority)

Ø  Consulting around people/process/technology & business need along with excellent customer management experience

Ø  Expertise with developing, documenting, and implementing IT Service Management (ITIL) strategic, design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement processes

Ø  Lead customer and delivery team in assessing business needs and gathering business and ITSM process requirements

Ø  Assess customer’s current ITSM process maturity levels

Ø  Provide ITIL best practice service management consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level within a customer’s environment

Ø  Assess and capture required changes to customer’s people practices and processes, to include roles & responsibilities and possibly organization structure modifications

Ø  Establish customer stake holder groups/core teams, facilitate workshops to develop new customer processes when necessary

Ø  In a consultative manner, assist customer in developing effective program/process deployment, communication, and training plans

Ø  Oversee (author when necessary) the creation of process description documents (including Level 4 Work Instructions regardless of technology solution chosen by the customer), approve prior to submittal

Ø  When required, deliver training sessions (awareness & hands-on tool-specific) onsite or remotely to ensure successful training of customer personnel
