Job Description

Ø  Deep knowledge of the Incident Mgmt process and its integration with Test Mgmt. Prior project experience configuring Sol Man service desk, knowledge articles, test mgmt and interfacing with third party service desk tools.

Ø  Prior project experience configuring SLA Reporting. Experience in interfacing with developers and BW analysts to provide requirements.
