Location – Somerset, NJ
Duration – 6 Months
Job Description
Ø Interact with customer on daily basis and do requirement gathering.
Ø Brainstorming different ideas with customer on the project.
Ø Communicate effectively the requirements back to the offshore team and co-ordination on the deliverables.
Ø Person will be Single Point of Contact for the customer
Ø Review the work delivered by the offshore team before QA migration.
Ø Assist in promoting code to different environments
Minimum Requirements:
Ø Experienced (5-6 yrs) Cognos designer with very good exposure to Cognos data modelling, Framework manager and Reporting. Should have Strong data and analytical skills.
Secondary skills:
Ø Knowledge of SQL Server 2008
Need to have strong Data Analytical skills
Need to have strong Data Analytical skills
Ø A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher and at least 5-6 years of professional work experience.
Ø Strong technology background with experience/exposure to Cognos reporting.
Ø Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Ø Detail, process and goal oriented.
Ø Awareness on different performance metrics with respect to IT projects
