Location – Beaverton, OR

Duration – 6 Months

Job Description

Ø  Someone that can establish an enhanced production support processes and service levels

Ø  Provide leadership and technical expertise to the production support team

Ø  Well experienced in Incident/problem management and incident communications.

Ø  Capable of ensuring that production support tickets and resolutions are managed in a timely and successful manner

Ø  Establish, refine, and manage internal processes and metrics to support successful implementations, change requests deployments, and ongoing production support.

Ø  Serve as an escalation point for the resolution of client issues.

Ø  Provide timely tickets metrics, production support reports, and other key performance statistics to management as required

Ø  A proven background in client interfacing and production support management

Ø  Very good experience in managing multiple teams while resolving production support issues

Ø  Strong communication skills are required. Must be capable of interacting with customers, senior business/management leadership and respective teams.

Ø  Good Sales BI background is desirable

Ø  Technical exposure to BI tools such as MSTR, Cognos, Teradata, Brio, SAP BW/BI, BEx etc. is desirable
