Job Description
Required Skills:
Ø Technical leadership of team responsible for Quality Assurance and testing of one or more SAP Modules.
Ø Heavy project testing interfacing, reviewing and documenting Test Plan, generating test cases, test reporting, test automation, test capacity and testing resource management and quality metrics.
Ø Works heavily with Development, Application Support and Release management for implementation readiness and post implementation quality analysis.
Ø Acts as functional and technical expert for at least one SAP Module.
Ø Manage process and validate quality of deliverables produced by their team.
Ø Create and support standards, processes, and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and work effectively with other teams.
Ø Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Manager's area of responsibility.
Ø Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development.
