1. Position: Test Architect
Location: Cupertino, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 8 - 10 YEAR

Skills & Job Requirements:

Skill1 - Test Architecting (L1)
•    Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
•    Develops and executes software test plans.
•    Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
•    Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
•    Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
•    Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
•    Works on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts & principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation.
•    Works as a guide and sets directions for medium sized projects of reasonable complexity. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed by project teams.
•    Role is capable offending out new methods and processes to approach complex situations in the respective area(s) of expertise.
•    Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.
•    Has the ability to respond to detailed queries.
•    May be called upon to advise Sr. Management on specialized technical issues.
•    Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.

Skill2 - System Testing (L4)
•    Devising Test strategy and preparing test plans.
•    Work with dynamically changing user interface specifications.
•    Architecting Automation framework.
•    Devising mechanisms to make automation scripts resilient to change. (easily configurable)
•    Estimate test effort and automation effort. Capture and analyze test metrics.

Essential Skill(s)
Skill1 - Automation Tools and Concepts (L2)
•    Should have competency and experience in more than 1 set of Vendor tools.
•    Should have experience in Different Test management tools.
•    Certification in these tools is mandatory.
•    Should have advanced knowledge in Automation Concepts and lifecycle methodologies.
•    Selenium


2. Position: Performance tester
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 3 - 6 YEAR
No. Positions: 2

Skills & Job Requirements:

•    Performance tester with 3-5yrs experience
•    Design Performance test scenarios in Load Runner/ Performance Centre for executing load test - Peak, Endurance and Stress Tests
•    Familiar with Microsoft .Net Technologies would be good
•    Project exposure in SCM domain preferred

•    Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage

•    Candidate should have experience in developing Test Strategy and Plan
•    Candidate should have banking domain experience (Corporate) and experience in testing FLEXCUBE
•    Candidate should preferably have an experience in testing of a multi country rollout of FLEXCUBE
•    Candidate should have worked on projects involving integration of FLEXCUBE with partner / third party systems
•    Design scenarios and cases, test case optimization, knowledge of tools and techniques – risk based, OA
•    Candidate should have ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead review meetings
•    Candidate should have experience in Tracking, defect management
•    Testing progress reporting, metrics tracking and reporting
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills

•    Strong expertise of Data Warehouse and ETL implementation. Should have worked on multiple databases, ETL tools, and Data Marts.
•    Worked on various Import and Export test activates using ETL tools.
•    Should have worked on multiple large scale data warehouse implementation projects.
•    Should be very strong indifferent layers of the data warehouse architecture like Source database, Staging Database, Data warehouse, Data Marts.
•    Work experience on writing complex SQL queries across multiple database.
•    Experience with dimensional, logical and physical data modelling for data warehouse/data marts.
•    Experience to analyze and debug data warehouse problems. Able to conduct efficient Data Quality assessment across the Data Warehouse.
Additional Skill(s)
Skill1 - Agile (L4)
•    2-3 years of Project Lead experience in an agile project. Must be an Agile practitioner and should facilitate agile practices
