·         Should have strong technical skills in Liferay, Java/J2EE

·         Should have excellent hands on in Liferay portal and web services.

·         Should have played an architect role in implementing Liferay projects.

·         HR domain knowledge is as an added advantage

·         Should have excellent communication skills and be responsible in driving technical architecture and solutioning of the project in Liferay.
