Skills & Job Requirements:

·         Should have strong Object oriented programming concepts, J2EE, Web services, EJB knowledge & design patterns

·         Should be well versed with Portlet specifications viz. JSR 286, 168

·         Should have hands on knowledge on websphere portal server

·         To be able to independently do requirement analysis, design and conduct walk-through with stakeholders

·         Knowledge in Insurance domain is desirable

·         Should have good  command over written & verbal communication & be able to conduct customer meetings

·         Need to be a great team player and be able to direct team working in onsite-offshore model
