Skill1 - PeopleSoft Adv Technical (L1)
·
Very good technical expertise in PeopleSoft product,
able to architect solutions and prepare proper tech design documents that hold
up across different modules.
·
Expertise across implementation and support projects.
·
Ability to conduct trainings to the Power Users and
train and mentor Client consultants.
·
Design, Develop and troubleshoot relatively complex
solutions.
·
Expertise in People tools and very good ability to
customize complex applications.
·
Expertise in Data Migration and Customization and
other complex tech operations.
·
Also has experience in Upgrade, Migration and Consolidation
projects and execution methodologies.
·
Should also have technical and functional knowledge in
look into all aspects of all PSFT modules.
·
Able to develop expertise in new and niche tech areas.
·
Able to troubleshoot complex applications and do root
cause analysis for the system errors.
·
Able to create quality documentation capturing all the
information.
Skill2 - Financials - People Tools (L3)
·
Should have knowledge of all modules preferably,
·
Should be able to come up with multiple solutions and
related documentation,
·
Should have mandatory knowledge of new technologies,
·
Should support the presales function and be able to
sell solutions,
·
Excellent technical knowledge on Reports, Interfaces, Workflows,
SQL,
·
Should publish at quality documentation inform of
whitepapers from experience gained
